This exclusive park route is only available for our private tour guests.

The extended route includes the best of our Golden Gate Park routes and can include the eastern or western (Ocean) parts of the park

Guided tours are the best experience – With our tour guides and headset narration you won’t get lost and miss the best sights and off-the-beaten-track corners of the park.

Park Tour does not include entry into museums or admission fee attractions. Most attractions open early and some stay open late and can be enjoyed before or after the tour.

Daily 10am and 2pm

Closed on December 25 and January 1st. Occasionally closed or tours rerouted during major holiday or large public events.
How much are the private tours?

Private Segway Tours:

2 Guests - $238.00 per person

3 Guests – $ 1179.00 per person

4 to 5 Guests – $ 153.00 per person

6 to 7 Guests – $ 137.00 per person

8 to 9 Guests – $ 131.00 per person

10 to 20 Guests - $ 115.00 per person

How long is the private tour?

Depending on route selected – Private Tours are 2.5 to 3 hours including training / recap time.

All tours start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. For the safety and complete training of our guest late arrivals will not be allowed to join a tour that has already started training. Please be on time.
Who can go? (Rider Requirements)

Ages 12 and up over 100 lbs (45kg) and under 250 lbs.(113 kg) are welcome.

No weight exceptions. No pregnant guests.
Not recommended for some guests over age 70 or with mobility, motor control or recent surgeries.
Under age 18 on tour with parent or guardian.

Where do the private tours start?

Private Waterfront Segway Tours start at 757 Beach Street in Fisherman’s Wharf. 757 Beach Street @ Hyde Street San Francisco CA, 94109

Located in rear parking lot behind art gallery. Hyde Street Cable Car turn around is across the street. Wells Fargo Bank ATM is at the entrance to our driveway.

Look for blue and yellow tent in paved area directly behind the large band stage in Music Concourse. Near the Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and deYoung Museum.
Is previous Segway experience required? Do you provide Segway training?

All tours start with Segway training or skills review.

We provide 30-35 minutes of fun training on how to safely operate the Segway. Adding hills and advanced parts of the route are at the tour guides discretion.
