Tour guide Hannah was excellent!

We thought the tour would be good, but it was great. There were only four people in our party and they ended up giving us a private tour. The guy was a young university student who was accommodating, professional, and informative. It is a great way to see one of America's largest urban parks in two hours.

I took the 'Beginner's Tour' of Golden Gate Park and have been raving to my friends and relatives about it ever since. When I first stepped on the Segway I felt very apprehensive but after our brief introduction and training I felt much more confident. Within 15 minutes I felt quite at ease. Jeff our tour guide was fantastic - very patient, helpful and extremely informative and had a great sense of humour. It was the best way to see so much of the park and as a 75 year old visitor I would recommend it as an absolute must to anyone visiting SF as well as residents. My husband and I had a really great experience on the tour. The guides did a good job of explaining how to use the segways, and they were very helpful throughout the whole tour. The route that we took was also very beautiful, and we feel that we got to see a lot. We would do it again!

Devin, Alicia & staff were knowledgeable & helpful. I was especially pleased with their safety training, ensuring we were comfortable on our assigned Segways before we hit the road.

This is my all-time favorite tour!! Exploring the park with everything is in full bloom, and being taken through all the hidden passageways and trails is incredible! I keep coming back and doing the same exact tour because it is so fun! Your staff is also what makes it so enjoyable!

The Golden Gate tour was awesome. I am a local but I learned a lot of new things about Golden Gate Park. In addition more than half the tour was in areas of GGP that I had never seen before! I definitely recommend this tour for anyone!! (My family ranged in age from 13 to 55 and we all loved it!)

Great guide (Sierra) kept energy level up & kept the tour fun! Would definitely recommend to others - it’s a great way to get an overview of the park & I would do others tours by the company at other venues.
